Kokdu: Season of Deity Synopsis and Plot Summary

Kkok Du who was once a mere mortal in the past of Korea He has now been transformed into a immortal reaper who travels the world each year for 99 years, to punish mankind for their shortcomings.

Kkok Du has cultivated a vicious and ruthless character, which has caused him to hate human beings.

In his most recent visit, Kkok Du assumes his body from a gifted young doctor known as Do Jin Woo. The problem is, Kkok Du’s task becomes complicated when he’s asked to perform Jin Woo’s medical obligations.

Due to this unusual circumstance, Kkok Du meets Han Gye Jeol is medical doctor, who attended a mediocre medical school.

Despite her past, Kkok Du finds out the fact that Gye Jeol possesses mysterious powers that appear to have an uncanny impact on Gye Jeol.

Is their fate linked with a past life and why is she able to exercise the authority over him?

As Kkok Du tries to finish his task, he notices himself drawn to Gye Jeol. It leaves him with a choice whether to follow his mandate or risk everything for the love of his life.
