A Good Day to be a Dog Synopsis and Plot Summary
Han Hae Na is a single high school teacher who has an unspoken family secret. Because of an ancestor’s sin the family of Han Hae Na was cursed through many generations.
If a member of the family members kisses a person and they transform into a dog after midnight for up to six hours. After that, they return to their normal look.
The transformation continues each night until the same person, dressed in their animal form is kissed by the same person.
If Han Hae Na meets a man who is interested in a marriage, she requests the person not to kiss her.
The men are usually the first to abandon her. In a drunken night, Han Hae Na accidentally kisses Jin Seo Won, a teacher at the same high school even though they’re not friends as teachers.
Han Hae Na soon panics and tries to approach Seo Won in hopes of a chance to have another kiss. But, Jin Seo Won has a fear of dogs.
