Cha Hak Yeon Synopsis and Plot Summary

Cha Hak Yeon, brought into the world in Changwon of Gyeongsangnam-do, is a South Korean vocalist entertainer, moderator, and previous radio personality. He moved on from Howon University with a four year college education in melodic examinations.
