Uprising Synopsis and Plot Summary

The story follows Jong-ryeo, who is a member of the most powerful military organization in Joseon who was raised the ferocious period of the Imjin War, and his friend Cheon-yeong. They face off again as the most trusted member of the armed forces of a working force as well as an official in the field of tactical.

Kang Dong-won portrays Cheon-yeong, who has a poor social standing, yet has the most skilled swordsmanship. Kang Dong-won plays the role of someone who is trying to stop the unjustly made slave, by his distinctive charisma and outstanding acting.

Jung-min is Jong-ryeo’s character as his son from the most prestigious forces in Joseon who is Cheon-yeong’s workmate. Cheon-yeong takes over the role of Ruler Seonjo’s protector as a result of his help during the test of tactical assistance.

Park Jung-min will portray the role of an acquaintance who is far beyond his social standing, but is irritated by the situation. He will play this role through his unique 3D-style acting and unmistakable appearance.
