Uee Synopsis and Plot Summary

Kim Yu Jin, better known by her stage name Uee, is a South Korean artist and entertainer. She is most popular for being a previous individual from the South Korean young lady bunch After School from 2009 to 2017 and has acted in different TV dramatizations including Queen Seon Deok (2009), Ojakgyo Family (2011), Jeon Woo Chi (2012), Golden Rainbow (2013), High Society (2015), Marriage Contract (2016), My Contracted Husband, Mr. Oh (2018) and My Only One (2018).

On May 31, 2017, Uee graduated and left After School and its organization, Pledis Entertainment, and endorsed under Yuleum Entertainment. Starting at 2020, she is under the administration of King Entertainment.

Her dad, Kim Sung Gap, is an expert baseball trainer for the South Korean group, Nexen Heroes. She has a more seasoned sister, Kim Yu Na. Uee went to Incheon Physical Education High School. While in secondary school, she was a swimmer and contended in the Korean National Sports Festival.

Uee at first wanted to be an entertainer and went to many tryouts, however she appeared as a vocalist first. In 2007, Uee was an individual from the young lady bunch “Five Girls” under Good Entertainment. The gathering featured in an unscripted TV drama on MTV called “Journal of Five Girls”, yet disbanded before their planned presentation because of Good Entertainment’s monetary difficulties. In April 2009, Uee joined the young lady bunch After School with their single “Diva”. In July, she made her acting introduction in MBC’s authentic dramatization, Queen Seon Deok, which was generally welcomed and won different honors.
