Knock Off Synopsis and Plot Summary
This black comedy is set during the foreign exchange crisis of 1997, the IMF crisis, to the early 2000s. It uses fake luxury goods in its stories.
SLL and Arc Media, along with Park Hyunseok who directed tvN’s drama Secret Forest Season 2, will be coproducing. The broadcasting channel and platform for the drama are currently under discussion.
Choi Gyu ri is playing Kim Sung hee. Kim Soo hyun’s younger sibling. Kim Soohyun is the main character in the drama. She will be leading the ‘knockoff markets’. Choi Gyu ri is best known for her role on tvN’s Marry My Husband as Yoo Yeon, a member of U&K Food Marketing Team 1 (and Na In-woo’s 1/2 sister).
