Motel California Synopsis and Plot Summary

The story follows a woman protagonist who was raised in a motel located in rural areas and then reunites with her first lover in the town she left twelve years ago. It is based off the novel “Home, Bitter Home” by the writer Shim Yun-seo.

The female lead Ji Kang-hee is voiced by Lee Se-young. The day she enters her twenties, she elopes from her love of a lifetime and entire family to travel to Seoul by herself, and turns into an interior designer.

Actress Na In-woo is playing Cheon-su in the film who is in love with Kang-hee for the very first time. Natural Su is an honest man who has the one lady in his existence. He’s also a veterinarian who is the respect of the farm owners in a small village.
