Guardians Synopsis and Plot Summary

The drama narrates the life of probation officers that prevent repeat offenders and assist probationers to integrate to society. This is the first show to tackle this issue, and depicts the lives of probation officers, their the joys and tears of probation officers within the department of electronic supervision at the department of probation.

In the show, Xiumin takes on the role of the electronic director and the youngest member Song Hyun-woo. He is an “MZ generation” character who utilizes his law education to good use as a probation officer of the third year and believes that balancing work and life to be the most important thing. Because of his bubbly nature is also the team’s moodmaker.

Jung Sung-il, who garnered fame for his part in The Glory, a Netflix original series ‘The Glory’ is currently in discussions to play Bok Tae-joo, a nine-year probation officer. This drama is produced through Apollo Pictures, the production company behind the dramas ‘Sign’ “Liar Game” and My Absolute Boyfriend. The channel for broadcasting and the release date aren’t set yet.
