Byun Young Joo is a South Korean movie chief. Her movies investigate issues of ladies’ freedoms and common liberties.
Since she made Korean first dramatic narrative The Murmuring (1995), Byun Young Joo proceeded to finish a narrative set of three on the survivors of Japanese military ‘Solace Women’. Profound Loves (2002) was her most memorable component movie and Helpless (2012) was granted the Best Director Award at the Baeksang Arts Awards in 2012. Presently, she is working on a film in view of KANG Full’s Webtoon Lamp Shop.
