During the 1970s, Korea is under the outright control of President Park who controls the KCIA, the association with an edge over any part of government. The executive of KCIA, Kim Gyu Pyung, is the apparently most forthcoming second-in-direction. Amidst the rule of dread, a previous KCIA chief, Park Yong Gak who thoroughly understands the administration’s dark activities, outcasts to the U.S. where the examination of ‘Koreagate’ is in progress.
